ONLINE & PHONE THERAPY / COVID-19 UPDATE
We are concerned about the health of all of our clients, as well as that of our staff.
As a response to the current situation:
• We have checked with insurance companies and Employee Assistance Programs, and because of the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, most of them have agreed to pay for phone and online therapy (also called telehealth, teletherapy, video conferencing, etc.), and removed the requirement for an initial face-to-face assessment. You may contact the office to inquire as to whether this is an option for you (513-860-1100). Most of the therapists are now offering teletherapy. The Teletherapy consent form is available on our client forms page, and must be completed by clients and received by our office before starting this service. We now have a secure email service for submitting these forms. A link to use this service can be sent to clients who request this. Clients with scheduled appointments can also complete the required forms through our secure online system called “Patient Portal.”
• Please do not come into the office if you are ill, or have reason to think you may be a carrier of COVID-19, or any other significant infection, or if you have reason to think you have been exposed to someone infected with COVID-19, to avoid spreading disease to other people, including other clients or our staff.
