Insurance and EAPs

At ClearView Counseling Services we accept many major insurance plans and a variety of employee assistance plans. We also have a private pay option available. We are not able to accept Medicaid or HMO plans (except Medical Mutual of Ohio HMO). There are a few therapists who are able to accept regular Medicare (but not Medicare Advantage plans).
