Tracy has a very unique style in her counseling. She uses great resources to help you in your journey to better quality of life. She gave me handouts to use in between sessions so I could continue my work. She was able to find the best style that would work for me. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help you be the best you can be.

Tracy worked with my teen daughter and our experience was excellent. My daughter felt comfortable sharing with Tracy beginning with their very first appointment. Tracy is very empathetic, comforting, and easy to talk with. When my daughter was in a DBT program, Tracy was her individual therapist and helped her hone her DBT skills. Tracy also saw her for CBT therapy, and my daughter feels she benefited greatly from their sessions together. We are both very pleased with the competent and compassionate care she received and would highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Tracy for almost five years and have nothing but good things to say about her. Tracy is fantastic if you are looking for a DBT trained therapist who can give you actual practical tools/coping skills. But even more than that, I have always felt listened to and respected by Tracy. She's been with me through the most difficult times in my life and was constantly giving me GENUINE support. I've never felt judged by Tracy, and I think that is SO important when it comes to finding the right therapist for you! I HIGHLY recommend Tracy as she has been one of the most stable and consistent supports for my mental health.

Tracy is an excellent counselor. We have worked together for 4.5 years. Her training in Dialectal Behavior Therapy has been super helpful to me. She listens well, asks questions, & offers suggestions when I need them. She is very kind, caring, & empathetic! I highly recommend her.

Tracy has helped me grow as a person and has given me many light bulbs moments involving how to think in a way that is healthier and empowering. A pivotal moment in my life was reaching out to ask for help when I had reached many roadblocks in my life and didn’t know how to handle them myself. She has given me many tools to use and apply to get to where I am now and I am and forever will be grateful.

I have seen many clinicians over the years and been disappointed due to not feeling engaged in treatment and a lack of reciprocal interaction. I appreciate the treatment I have received from Tracy because it is based in empirical research and presented with warmth and genuineness. Tracy has provided me with many tools that I will be able to take with me into the years to come. I am happy to refer her to my co-workers, friends, and neighbors. While my goals have been met in therapy, I would certainly return to her if needed.

I really loved my work with Tracy Mert! She is so thoughtful, insightful, and empathic, but she also has many helpful resources so it is not just chit chat. She also has a calming voice. I enjoyed the visualization, mindfulness, and handouts. I like a therapist that has a plan, skills to share, and resources available. Tracy was all of these things! I recommend her to my co- workers and friends. Thank you, Tracy, for helping me through some of my hardest times.
