Hannah Armbruster is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is in the process of becoming an independent counselor. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from University of Cincinnati and earned her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Hannah is a fully trained Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and is working to become a certified EMDR therapist. Hannah began her work in the mental and behavioral health field in 2015, when she discovered her passion for helping others.

Hannah has experience working with individuals with various mental health diagnoses including; anxiety and panic disorders, depressive disorders, Bipolar I & II Disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, delusional disorders, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Hannah utilizes a few different therapeutic approaches including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and is a Level 2 Trauma Responsive counselor. Hannah works hard to create in a safe environment in which individuals can work on their self-discovery and healing regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, religion, age, body shape, and ability.

Hannah sees people in person at our Milford office, and also provides teletherapy.
